Delivery timeframes shown on the site or communicated via WhatsApp are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues.
Unless a product is defective or does not match its description, returns or exchanges are accepted within a reasonable period from delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be directed to us with proof of purchase and we will guide you through the process.
